What Two Things Get Noticed When You Heat Them Up?

Popcorn and Voter Rights!

Popcorn in a red and white striped container next to a ballot box with a check-marked paper and the word "VOTE.

We have a great way for you to enjoy both.

The Central Nassau Chapter of New York State’s League of Women Voters is excited to announce its online POPCORN FUNDRAISER!

Popcorn makes everything better: binge-watching your favorite shows, curling up with a good book, midnight snacking… the possibilities are endless.

Our Chapter will receive 50% of popcorn sales. Proceeds support our vital nonpartisan work, including advocating for voter rights, educating the public on voting and public policy issues, outreach to students and encouraging active participation in government. We never endorse any candidate or political party.

Not into popcorn?

You can make a donation by check directly to our Chapter to support our work.* Donations are accepted year-round. Or you can do both if you crave popcorn and feel generous. Whichever you choose, we’re deeply grateful for your support.

OUR VIRTUAL POPCORN STORE WILL BE OPEN FROM FEB 6TH (5 PM EST) TO FEB 10TH (5 PM EST).

Choose from sweet, savory and fiery offerings. Prices start at $11 for a 5-cup bag.

CLICK HERE to be whisked to popcorn heaven.

Orders can be shipped anywhere in the United States.

Popcorn won’t be popped until after your order is placed by Double Good, which specializes in non-profit popcorn fundraising. Your popcorn will arrive fresh and crunchy in 3 to 5 weeks.

THANK YOU!
